We believe that affordable, quality housing is the foundation of a healthy, thriving community. CADCB works to improve the quality of south Bethlehem’s housing stock, encourage homeownership, and empower residents to participate in decision-making processes regarding the future of their community.

CADCB’s residential facade program targets neighborhoods in south Bethlehem for strategic investment in exterior rehabilitation of older homes.

FIRST TIME HOME-BUYER SEMINARS

Through a partnership with Community Action Financial Services, first-time homebuyer seminars and homeownership counseling are available in south Bethlehem in English and Spanish.

FORECLOSURE DIVERSION

Through a partnership with Community Action Financial Services, families facing struggling to pay their mortgages are eligible for foreclosure diversion services and loss mitigation counseling.

LV COMMUNITY LAND TRUST HOMES

Through a partnership with the Lehigh Valley Community Land Trust, affordable homes are rehabilitated and sold to low- to moderate-income homebuyers. For more information on properties currently available, click below.
